DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS (Non-Executive)
Florence Lebogang Molotsi, known as Lebo, is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), and leadership across both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of DotCentre Business Consulting, she is a skilled strategist and consultant with a strong track record of aligning teams, driving results, and implementing HR solutions that foster organizational growth and development.
Lebo's career has been shaped by her extensive experience in HR consulting, project management, mentoring, coaching, and leadership development. As an HR Generalist accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and a professional coach with COMENSA, she has worked with prominent organizations in both the private and public sectors. She has facilitated senior-level training and development programs, including for the South African Local Government Association (SALGA), the Department of Health in Limpopo, and the Department of Transport, Gauteng. Additionally, her experience as a lecturer at Unisa and her role as a part-time lecturer at Mankwe College of Education reflect her commitment to empowering others through education.
Lebo's work has earned her recognition, including a Special Award from the SAB North Region Executive Team for HR Specialist of the Year. She is known for her high energy, motivational speaking, and strong leadership skills, making her an influential figure in the HR space. Her expertise extends to strategic planning, project management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.
As the Director of Government Relations and Corporate Strategy (DGovRCS) for the Community Transformation Accelerator Program (CTAP), Lebo’s vast network and strong connections with key stakeholders in the community, government, and corporate sectors will play a pivotal role in strengthening CTAP’s outreach and impact. She will work closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs to align corporate strategies and engage stakeholders, driving CTAP’s mission to uplift disadvantaged communities and foster sustainable development.
Lebo’s diverse career also includes running her own business since 2005, where she has gained valuable experience in governance, leadership, and business management. She continues to be a strong advocate for developing people, improving service delivery, and enhancing corporate governance practices. Her strategic insights and deep commitment to community development will significantly contribute to the success of CTAP’s initiatives.
