

Funding Requirements
Investing in the CTAP program means empowering thousands of SME's and creating hundreds of internships, driving sustainable economic growth and community transformation.
If 250,000 SMEs participate in the program, and their average monthly turnover doubles from R50,000 to R100,000 after participation and then grows by 10% per annum thereafter, the impact on South Africa's GDP after 10 years will be approximately R2,259,350 million (orabout R2.26 trillion)

Batch 1: R22 million
Two hundred SME's will undergo the program, and ten students will be offered internships.

Batch 2: R100 million
Two thousand SMES will undergo the program, and
100 students will be offered internships.

Batch 3/4: R650 million
Thirteen thousand SMEs will undergo the program, and 400 students will be offered internships.

Roll Out - Phase 1
OBJECTIVES:
Operational and Infrastructural implementation (Gauteng only). Number of SME's participating in the six-month program - two hundred. Offering internships to ten undergraduate students.

TIMEFRAME:
The remainder of 2024 and the first half of 2025.

BUDGET REQUIRED:
R22 Million.
OUTCOME TARGETS:
Doubling the collective monthly turnovers of these 200 businesses from R10 million to R20 million. Upskilling 600 community members (3 per business) with our skills program Improving the living standards of family members of the SME staff. Empower the 10 undergraduate students with workplace experience and build up a portfolio of evidence, signed off by our qualified business consultants (Regional Managers).

Roll Out - Phase 2
OBJECTIVES:
Operational implementation (Gauteng only). Number of SME's participating in the six-month program - two hundred. Offering internships to ten undergraduate students.

TIMEFRAME:
The second half of 2025.

BUDGET REQUIRED:
R100 Million.
OUTCOME TARGETS:
Doubling the collective monthly turnovers of these 2000 businesses from R100 million to R200 million. Upskilling 6000 community members (3 per
business) with our skills program. Improving the living standards of family
members of the SME staff. Empower the 100 undergraduate students with
workplace experience and build up a portfolio of evidence, signed off by our qualified business consultants (Regional Managers).

Roll Out - Phase 3 & 4
OBJECTIVES:
Operational and Infrastructural implementation for the remainder of SA.
Number of SME's participating in the six- month program -five thousand and eight thousand. Offering internships to two hundred and fifty, and four hundred undergraduate students.

TIMEFRAME:
The first and second half of 2026.

BUDGET REQUIRED:
R650 Million.
OUTCOME TARGETS:
Doubling the collective monthly turnovers of these 13 000 businesses from R650 million to R1,3 billion. Upskilling 39 000 community members (3 per
business) with our skills program. Improving the living standards of family members of the SME staff. Empower the 650 undergraduate students with workplace experience and build up a portfolio of evidence, signed off by our qualified business consultants (Regional Managers).
