CTAP is proudly registered with ETDP SETA as a certified Workplace Experience Institution, offering valuable internship opportunities to both undergraduates and postgraduates. As part of our internship program, students are required to mentor twenty SMEs over two six-month periods, gaining hands-on experience in real business environments.
Throughout their internships, graduates will actively contribute to the growth and development of the SMEs they support, applying their academic knowledge in practical, impactful ways. Upon completion, interns are issued comprehensive portfolios of evidence that document their mentorship journey, showcasing the tangible impact they had on the businesses they guided. These portfolios serve as powerful validation of their skills, providing a competitive edge in the job market and enhancing their employability.
CTAP’s mentorship program not only equips graduates with practical skills and valuable experience but also positions them as key players in the economic transformation of South African communities. Through this unique blend of learning and real-world impact, our interns are empowered to launch successful careers while making a meaningful difference.
