ANDRE RHEEDER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
A former Colonel in the South African Defence Force (SADF) and past president of the Rotary Club of Waterkloof, Andre Rheeder is a dynamic, reliable, and resolute leader, driven by a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results. His extensive background in management, marketing, and facilitation has equipped him with a diverse and robust skill set. He holds a Certificate in Human Relations from RAU and is certified as an Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator, and Skills Development Facilitator.
Andre’s journey with CTAP began nearly a decade ago when he crossed paths with Dr. George Senosha, the first Black owner of a large retail franchise in Soshanguve. Andre’s company was responsible for the skills development at Dr. George’s retail outlet. Their shared business ethics and values quickly formed a strong bond, leading to many in-depth discussions about the disparities in the business world, particularly the gaps in skills transfer within the informal business sector.
Their collaboration was further strengthened by their mutual belief that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are key to economic revitalization in South Africa. Inspired by these discussions and driven by his passion for empowering individuals, Andre initiated CTAP. His vision was to create a programme that could address the unique challenges faced by small business owners, especially in underserved communities.
His unwavering commitment to the project is reflected in his dedication to delivering top-quality services in the most effective, resourceful, and cost-efficient manner. Andre meticulously oversees project processes to ensure that objectives are met with precision, always prioritizing the needs and interests of stakeholders.
