David Bouwer is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in socio-economic impact assessment, project management, and business development. He holds a BSc in Building Science and has conducted social impact studies for high-profile projects such as the Melrose Arch Precinct in Johannesburg, Umgeni Business Park in Durban, and Dainfern Residential Development in Northern Johannesburg, as well as Southern Sun Hotels and Urban Casino Developments across South Africa.
David focuses on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) studies, recognizing the critical need for these assessments as determinants for sustainable community transformation.
At CTAP, David brings his passion for sustainability to his role as Socio-Economic Impact Assessment Manager. He is driven by the opportunity to contribute to CTAP’s mission of empowering SMEs, believing they are the igniters of socio-economic transformation, and that his impact assessments can showcase this.
