FULU RAVELE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As a qualified Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant, Fulu Ravele brings a wealth of expertise spanning the full spectrum of financial management and corporate governance. Her impressive career includes serving as CFO and executive board member for both publicly listed and private companies. However, it was the mission of CTAP that truly resonated with her, making the decision to join an easy one. As CTAP’s Chief Financial Officer, Fulu expertly manages financial resources to optimize efficiency and profitability while ensuring transparency and accuracy across all financial reporting.
Fulu’s deep commitment to corporate governance is evident in her ability to design and monitor systems that promote accountability. Her proficiency in financial modelling allows her to develop complex models that guide strategic planning and investment decisions, ensuring the long-term financial stability of CTAP.
In addition to her financial management and governance expertise, Fulu is highly skilled in capital raising, utilizing a variety of financial instruments to secure the funding needed for business growth. Her diverse skill set positions her as a critical leader in CTAP’s mission to empower SMEs and drive economic transformation. Just as the entrepreneurs behind SMEs are key to growth, so too are the benefactors who support them—and Fulu is one of those rare individuals who excels equally in both the corporate boardroom and community celebrations.
Affectionately known within CTAP as our "1 Cent Girl," Fulu once famously refused to sign off on a set of financials due to a single cent discrepancy. Her unwavering dedication to accuracy earned her that nickname, and it’s a testament to her meticulous attention to detail. We salute her commitment and have full confidence in her ability to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned in this bold endeavor.
