NATIONAL HOD: MENTORING
Linah Sebalo is an experienced professional with expertise in skills development, project management, and mentoring. She has a strong background in managing grants through the Skills Development Levies Act, overseeing skills development projects in the Wholesale and Retail sectors, and supporting organizations in accreditation processes. Linah has mentored small and medium companies, helping them navigate skills development and achieve compliance as accredited training providers.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Linah has held roles such as Finance Officer at the Department of Health, Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General, and Project Manager at the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA). She has managed Skills Development projects exceeding R150M, ensured compliance with procurement and travel statutes, and mentored grant recipients and suppliers. Additionally, Linah has served in leadership roles, including  the W&RSETA Regional Manager of Mpumalanga, Chairperson of the Stakeholder Forum in Mpumalanga and the Bid Evaluation Committee.
Linah holds a BCom degree from Vista University and various qualifications in project management, procurement, and finance. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply with CIPS. Linah’s leadership and mentoring expertise make her an invaluable addition to CTAP as the HOD of Mentoring.
