Pontsho Shadrack Montlha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 21 years of experience in HR management. He holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Technikon South Africa and a BTech in Human Resource Management from UNISA. Throughout his career, Pontsho has held key roles at organizations such as the South African Post Office, Edcon, and Nike Africa, where he developed expertise in recruitment, performance management, labor relations, and talent development.

Pontsho’s diverse experience spans various industries and regions, including Africa and Dubai, where he played a critical role in driving HR strategies and implementing organizational restructuring programs. At CTAP, Pontsho is eager to leverage his extensive HR expertise to mentor and develop the next generation of business leaders.
